We are looking for an experienced senior software engineer who also acts as an agentic software engineering practitioner to join our developer tooling team. The role would encompass the following : Coaches fellow software engineers on AI-assisted development best practices Explore new use cases, workflows Writing training materials and docs for end users Collaborate on setting up evals of models/harnesses Specific development work on integrations (MCP server development, Skills, CLI tooling) Qualifications: Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Typescript & Python Extensive experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Advanced proficiency leveraging AI coding assistants for day-to-day development. Hands-on experience building and utilizing Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and AI-driven skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Experience in the aerospace industry or other highly regulated environments is a significant plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
