The Role

What you will do

  • Administer and support on-going and annual talent management projects and initiatives, including talent planning, performance management, succession planning, organizational talent reviews, assessments, digital credentials, coaching, global skills and career framework, talent cards, career development, and leadership / executive development processes.
  • Diagnose organizational and functional challenges through structured needs analysis and data review.
  • Support career job architecture and skills-based framework by aligning job profiles, skills, competencies, career paths, and requirements to enable success, across various professions including but not limited to Finance, Legal, Marketing, CIO, Data Science, Technology Specialist functions, HR, etc.
  • Responsible for governing and continuously evolving Kyndryl’s enterprise job architecture, skills framework, and career model, enabling consistent talent practices, workforce planning, career mobility, and skills-based growth while ensuring alignment between business strategy, workforce needs, and employee development. 
  • Coordinate to initiative project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, communications, stakeholder engagement, change management activities, enablement materials, presentations, and checkpoints for organizational development and talent projects and initiatives.
  • Support process execution from in-take through deployment and measurement, ensuring clear ownership, handoffs, service levels, escalation paths, and operational follow-through.
  • Partner with Global Process Owners and Talent Partners to translate process design into repeatable execution, including documentation, templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, and governance routines.
  • Contribute to initiatives such as organizational redesign, capability building, and business process re-engineering.
  • Anticipate execution risks, surface barriers, track decisions and action items, and help resolve operational issues so work progresses with consistency and accountability.
  • Maintain operating cadences, project trackers for the work, and action plans that support predictable delivery across global talent and learning processes.
  • Prepare materials for forums, leadership reviews, talent business reviews, and functional business reviews, ensuring leadership has decision-ready information.
  • Support compliance, data privacy, security, and data-handling expectations for organizational development and talent processes, partnering with appropriate stakeholders when sensitive employee or talent data is involved.
  • Support the effective use of Workday, HCM platforms, reporting tools, collaboration tools, MyKyndryl knowledge articles, AI-enabled tools, and other technologies used to execute and scale talent processes.
  • Build and maintain practical resources such as playbooks, process mapping, FAQ’s, knowledge articles, and training materials to help stakeholders execute consistently.
  • Develop, maintain, and quality-check trackers, and reports related to project plans, process execution, talent planning, global skills and career planning, assessments, digital credentials, employee development, leadership / executive development, etc. 
  • Stay current on talent management best practices, emerging technologies, AI-enabled ways of working, HR operations trends, and process improvement methods.


Who You Are

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, Human Resources, People Operations, Organizational Design, Learning Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise talent processes such as talent planning, performance management, succession planning, assessment, digital credentials, career development, global skills and career framework, talent reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Experience administering or supporting talent management processes within a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, meeting follow-ups, action items, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of organizational design, process improvement, or capability development approaches.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience using Excel, reporting or visualization tools to track progress, analyze trends, and prepare leader-ready presentations.
  • Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools, collaboration platforms, and HR technologies to improve efficiency, documentation, communications, and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, stakeholder updates, process documentation, and summaries.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional, global, and matrixed teams.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, and professionalism.


Preferred skills and experience

  • Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale talent management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of talent, skills, competencies, assessments, digital credentials, performance, succession, and career frameworks.
  • Exposure to change management frameworks or methodologies, stakeholder enablement, knowledge articles, training materials, and launch activities.
  • Experience with project management, agile ways of working, process improvement, operational governance, or service management practices.
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence, AI agents, automation, or digital tools to improve HR operations, communications, reporting, or knowledge management.
