What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Actuarial Science (preferably registered),
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance market,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Advanced proficiency in the Radar platform,
• Proficiency in Python and SQL,
• Experience in reporting using KNIME & SAS,
• Proficient in data analysis, with a strategic mindset and strong presentation skills,
• A team player who values teamwork and collaboration,

• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Drive scenario analysis, portfolio optimization, and pricing initiatives through the Radar platform,
• Lead end-to-end product migration projects to the Radar platform,
• Monitor the production and profitability of Non-Motor Retail Insurance products using both internal and external data,
• Play an active role in data transformation initiatives,
• Create and monitor reports and dashboards necessary for performance tracking, and develop action recommendations,
• Analyze market dynamics and propose new project ideas based on the insights,
• Conduct actuarial analyses required in the new product development process,
• Generate ad-hoc analyses and reports in a big data environment.
