POSITION OVERVIEW
Technical Assent is seeking an RPA/UiPath Engineer to support our federal client. This role focuses on building and maintaining software bots, developing and unit-testing automations from design specifications, troubleshooting RPA defects, and deploying components in coordination with program management and IT support teams.
Responsibilities
- Automate business processes and analyze requirements to support effective RPA development.
- Design RPA solutions that align with documented requirements and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
- Relevant technical certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer)
and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a
formal degree. - Legacy UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification or UiADP certification required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in support of federal
government agencies. Experience with the USCG or DHS is preferred. - Work location is on client site in Washington, DC. Remote work may be authorized on a limited basis.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Close vision is required.
