Plancraft
Country Lead Poland

Job Description
OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT
Building the backbone of European trades together – with AI-first software.
We’re not just building software – we’re on a mission to create space for contractors & tradespeople by equipping them with AI solutions that work the way they do: fast, practical, and AI-first. With Tier 1 Investors from Europe and the US, like Headline and Creandum as well as 30,000+ tradespeople as customer base, we’re scaling across Europe to turn scattered tradespeople into thriving communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people in mind who wear the boots, not the suits. We’re #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow.
YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As our Country Lead Poland, you will have the opportunity to shape plancraft’s Polish business from the very beginning. You will initially work hands-on across the market and gradually grow into a broader leadership role as the business develops.
Unlike our more established markets, Poland represents a true 0→1 opportunity: there is no local team, established customer base, or fully validated playbook yet. Your first priority will be to build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, guide them through the sales process, understand their workflows, and help shape how plancraft can best support the Polish market.
Over time, you will translate these early insights into a scalable and sustainable growth engine. You will build the first local team, establish trust within the market, and create the foundations for a successful, locally rooted business. During the first few months, the role will remain highly hands-on, giving you the opportunity to influence both our direction and the way we work from day one.
We plan to establish a local presence in Warsaw over time. We can offer flexibility during the first few months, but we are looking for someone who would be comfortable being based in or around Warsaw in the longer term.
Your Responsibilities
You will take ownership of building plancraft’s early traction in Poland: developing the pipeline, leading product demonstrations, supporting customers throughout the decision-making process, and helping them get started successfully. By working closely with our first customers, you will develop a deep understanding of their needs and priorities.
You will translate early customer conversations into practical insights about our ideal customer profile, messaging, pricing, and acquisition channels. In close collaboration with colleagues at HQ, you will adapt and strengthen our go-to-market approach for the realities of the Polish market.
You will identify patterns in what works, what needs to change, and where the greatest opportunities lie. You will turn these learnings into thoughtful, repeatable processes, laying the groundwork for reaching 500+ customers in the first year and shaping the hiring and growth plan for the next phase.
You will build trust and credibility within the Polish trades ecosystem through strong customer relationships, relevant partnerships, creators, and local success stories. You will help ensure that plancraft is perceived as relevant, reliable, and genuinely adapted to the needs of Polish customers.
During the early phase, you will contribute across different areas, including sales, customer success, and local marketing. You will bring people together, remove obstacles, and help maintain momentum as the business takes shape.
As traction grows, you will hire, support, and develop the first local colleagues across sales, customer success, and marketing. You will foster a collaborative, high-ownership, and low-ego culture while gradually taking on broader leadership responsibility.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves
Hands-on commercial experience in B2B SaaS, ideally working with SMB customers or in a small-ACV environment
Experience guiding customers through the commercial journey, including product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and early revenue ownership
An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new in a 0→1 environment
Confidence working across functions, navigating uncertainty, and moving initiatives forward with a pragmatic approach
A thoughtful and commercially grounded approach, with a good understanding of funnel metrics, conversion, and unit economics
Experience collaborating with HQ and cross-functional colleagues in an international environment
Polish language proficiency at C1/C2 level and strong English skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience launching a new market or contributing to international expansion
Experience with localized marketing, partnerships, community building, or brand development
Initial experience supporting, mentoring, or leading others
We know that great candidates do not always meet every single requirement listed. If this opportunity excites you and you believe your experience could help us build plancraft in Poland, we would be very happy to hear from you.
A note on employment
We are excited to build our presence in Poland together. As we do not yet have a local legal entity, employment for this role will be handled through our trusted Employer of Record partner, Oyster. This allows us to offer a standard employment contract from the start. At this stage, we are not offering B2B contracts for this position.
WHY PLANCRAFT?
Team Spirit: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission. Team spirit matters to us — and we make it visible: with four major team events per year and a strong recognition culture where we regularly celebrate both the big and small wins together.
Ownership: You’re encouraged to take ownership from day one. In a flat hierarchy and high-trust environment, you’re empowered to make meaningful decisions and drive real impact.
Learning & Growth: We invest in your personal and professional development through a strong feedback culture, a personal learning budget, and targeted enablement formats. Our goal is to help you unlock your full potential.
AI Enablement: Our internal tools and workflows are AI-enabled by design. We support every team and individual in applying AI at the next level in their daily work, including getting your own ChatGPT+ license, of course.
Tech & Tooling: You’ll receive a MacBook, premium headphones, and everything else you need — from hardware to tools — to be effective in your daily doing.
Recharge: To ensure the needed rest, we offer 30 vacation days per year (based on a 5-day week) and Dec 24th off.
Flex Allowance: We provide you with a monthly flex allowance. You can spend it freely on topics like mobility, wellbeing, and more — whatever supports you best.
International Environment: We’re becoming more international every month, with team members already in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Austria — which is why English is our internal company language.
Equity - as part of your total compensation you will also receive an equity package.
Please submit your application documents in English.
