CSA Manager - Data Center | Open Application

Intelligent Employment is connecting with experienced CSA Managers (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and construction professionals interested in current and upcoming opportunities within large-scale data centre construction projects in Finland.

Data centre developments involve demanding civil, structural and architectural construction works, creating exciting opportunities for professionals with strong technical construction backgrounds.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in data centres, industrial facilities, power plants, manufacturing projects, EPC construction and major infrastructure developments.

Previous data centre experience is an advantage, but not essential. Professionals with strong backgrounds in managing complex civil and structural construction works in other industries are encouraged to apply.

What kind of responsibilities could you expect?

Depending on the project and position, responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing and coordinating civil, structural and architectural construction activities.

• Managing earthworks, groundworks, foundations, concrete structures, structural steel and building envelope packages.

• Coordinating contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient construction execution.

• Monitoring construction progress, schedules, quality and technical compliance.

• Reviewing construction methodologies, drawings, technical documentation and contractor deliverables.

• Coordinating interfaces between CSA works and mechanical, electrical and other project disciplines.

• Identifying and resolving technical and site-related challenges.

• Supporting quality inspections, construction handovers and overall project delivery.

What kind of background are we looking for?

• Strong experience in civil, structural or architectural construction management on major industrial or infrastructure projects.

• A technical background in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management or a related discipline.

• Practical knowledge of earthworks, foundations, concrete construction, structural steel and building envelope systems.

• Experience coordinating contractors and managing multiple construction packages.

• Good understanding of construction quality, HSE requirements and project scheduling.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Willingness to work on-site in Finland, including relocation where required.

Experience in data centre construction is highly valued, but candidates from industrial plants, energy infrastructure, process industries and other technically demanding construction projects are equally welcome.
