Job Description

  • Coordinating all architectural and interior finishes, including flooring, ceilings, walls, millwork, doors, glazing, and specialty finishes.
  • Reviewing finished samples, mock-ups, and material submittals to ensure compliance with the approved design intent.
  • Maintaining consistency of materials, colors, and detailing throughout the facility.
  • Performing ongoing field inspections to identify workmanship issues early.
  • Managing QA/QC activities related to architectural finishes, including punch lists and verification of corrective actions.
  • Coordinating with the architect, engineering, consultant teams, and the GC to resolve finish-related issues before turnover.
  • Supporting owner acceptance by confirming that completed spaces meet client’s quality expectations before commissioning and occupancy.
  • Coordination of space planning and lab/office requirements for the internal space of groups as required.
  • Review programs by creating initial test-fits (as needed for interior, tenant improvement projects) & review with consultant or GC.
  • Support Real Estate Team as needed on site assessment efforts.
  • Reviewing proposals, contracts, agreements, changing order requests and design schedules from architects, engineers and design consultants.
  • Actively participate in project meetings and drive design schedule to ensure that design milestones are met by confirmed schedule.
  • Visit vendor offices (architects, engineers, design consultants) and suppliers (building products, furniture and etc.) in APAC as needed.
  • Update and maintain client's Global Design Guidelines by actively engaging internal and external stakeholders to obtain feedback and suggestions and gathering lessons learned and best practices.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from an accredited 4 years or 5 years program.
  • Within 5 years for ID PM role.
  • More than 10 years for ID SPM role of design experience in architectural firms and/or as an in-house design resource.
  • LEED, WELL, or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
