Partner Manager (UK)

Job Description
About the Role
This is a hands-on partner channel role at a fast-growing, seed-funded AI voice technology company serving SMBs across Europe. You will own the full partner lifecycle across the UK and Ireland, sitting at the intersection of sales and partnership development to build a channel that drives real revenue growth in your market.
What You'll Do
Identify, screen, and onboard new partners across the UK and Ireland, assessing fit and determining the right engagement model for each.
Close the first joint deal alongside each new partner, running the sales process yourself so partners learn by example.
Build and maintain partner enablement resources including pitch decks, playbooks, and objection-handling guides.
Conduct regular check-ins with your partner base to surface upsell opportunities in existing accounts and identify new business.
Join larger customer negotiations to demonstrate strong sales execution and support successful outcomes.
Track and report on key metrics: partner revenue, qualified pipeline, activation rates, and repeat activation performance.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in sales with a clear progression from SDR to Account Executive or equivalent closing experience.
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles independently, from prospecting through to close.
Experience building or contributing to partner and channel programs, including partner acquisition, activation, and enablement.
Ability to create sales enablement materials and train partners or colleagues to sell independently.
Track record managing partner relationships and measuring performance against KPIs.
Native-level English proficiency; fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a strong bonus.
B2B SaaS or software sales experience, ideally to SMB customers.
Comfortable with travel for partner visits and customer negotiations.
Willingness to start in Vienna before relocating to London.
Right to work locally in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: £70,000 to £120,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Hybrid, based in London, UK. The role begins in Vienna, Austria before transitioning to London.
