Product Lead - Armenia

🚀 The Challenge

We are looking for a Product Lead to build Alan’s Armenian product from the ground up.

This is a founding product role. You will help define how Alan should work for people in Armenia, combining our global product platform with a deep understanding of the local healthcare system, culture and user needs.

You will work closely with the Armenia team and colleagues across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and Insurance. Together, you will turn a complex healthcare challenge into a simple, trusted and useful product experience.

This is a product-building role, not a Growth or acquisition role. You will focus on understanding users, setting product direction, making the right trade-offs and helping a team ship and learn quickly.

There is no finished playbook to follow. You will help write it.

1/ Define the product direction

• Build a clear product vision and roadmap for Armenia.

• Understand the needs of users, healthcare providers and local stakeholders.

• Decide what should be adapted locally and what can be built on Alan’s global platform.

• Create clarity around priorities and trade-offs.

2/ Build the product

• Work with Design, Engineering, Data and Operations to turn problems into simple product experiences.

• Stay close to users and use research, data and feedback to guide decisions.

• Help the team move from discovery to delivery, learning and iteration.

• Build products that are reliable, accessible and worthy of people’s trust.

3/ Connect Armenia to Alan

• Bring local context into Alan’s global product organisation.

• Leverage Alan’s existing expertise, technology and ways of working.

• Create strong collaboration between local and global teams.

• Help establish the foundations of product development in Armenia.

⭐ You'll excel in this role if you:

• Have strong product experience, ideally including building a product or product area from zero to one.

• Are comfortable working in ambiguity and turning complex problems into clear priorities.

• Have strong product judgement and a genuine interest in understanding users.

• Can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Communicate clearly and create alignment across different teams and stakeholders.

• Are comfortable working in a complex or regulated environment. Experience in healthcare, insurance or public services is a strong plus.

• Understand the Armenian context and are motivated by the opportunity to build for Armenia.

• Speak Armenian and are fluent in English. Internal collaboration at Alan is in English.

• Care deeply about improving healthcare and want to help make prevention a reality.
