About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

About the role
We are looking for a powerhouse Field Marketer to own and accelerate our B2B footprint in EMEA through high-impact physical campaigns and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and an ambition for driving successful audience engagement and brand growth. This isn't a traditional marketing role; we need a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from high-level campaign planning to executing complex, multi-touchpoint event experiences.
You will be the primary driver for field marketing in these regions, taking full ownership of projects from inception to the final outcome. You are someone who has ambition to build and thrives when managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Your Responsibilities
Road map and Budget ownership: You’ll work closely with the regional growth leads to set out regional event field marketing road maps and campaign budget allocations to ensure the business is strategically planning and executing field marketing events that deliver efficient and impactful spend to reach goals.
Physical Campaign & Event Execution: End-to-end management of physical campaigns, including events, dinners, and roundtables—from initial planning and organization to final delivery.
On-the-ground Presence: You are expected to travel frequently to represent ElevenLabs at events, popups, and local installations. You will be managing on-site logistics and ensuring perfect execution.
Third-Party Event Ownership: Full ownership of convention and fair participation. You will manage the entire lifecycle, including contract negotiation, budgeting, invoicing, booth design, vendor management, resource planning, and visual branding.
Event Experience Architecture: Build and plan the full event ecosystem. This includes orchestrating out-of-home (OOH) advertisements in and around venues, securing speaking placements, hosting exclusive dinners and breakfasts, and maximizing touchpoints for the target audience.
Performance & Analysis: Work closely with the growth team on retargeting and ABM, while being comfortable diving deep into the numbers to analyze campaign effectiveness, including pipeline generated, cost per attendee, SQL’s)
Requirements
Native-level English Speaker.
The "Owner" Mentality: 5+ years field marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years of owning field marketing events from start to finish and taking full accountability for the results.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Ideally, you have worked in an scale-up environment before, or have a history of high-engagement "side quests."
A Strategic deliverer: Experience in setting road maps, managing and forecasting budgets, reporting, analytics and data interpretation.
Event Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in event logistics, vendor management, contract negotiation as well as cross-departmental project management
Strong agility: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and have ability to be agile, changing strategies and tactics when needed to be changing markets
The Growth Toolkit: Broad knowledge across event planning and campaign execution.
Bias toward Action: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to experiment and scale.
Strategic Instincts: Ability to understand our customer base and craft positioning that resonates with the UKI and Nordic markets.
Travel Readiness & On-Site Capability: Willingness to travel across EMEA for events. Proven experience managing local installations, pop-ups, or unique activation spaces.
Bonus Experience
Experience with AI-native workflows.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in EMEA, with the ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+4 time zones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Dublin, Paris, Madrid, Dubai, etc..
