We also try to understand how their business works and how technology can help them work better.🏠 OfficesOur company is based in Paris, but our tech team works remotely.⚡ Our ValuesBe excellent at what we doProvide high technical and functional quality to our clientsKindness, honesty, fun, and trustStay curious and keep learning✏️ Your responsibilitiesBecome an independent team member, not only a project contributorBe an expert in what you doBuild and maintain Node.js backend services for content migration pipelinesDesign and implement data transformation layers that map legacy CMS content to Arc XP formatDebug and solve data problems between source and target systemsBuild reusable components based on Arc design patternsImprove frontend performance and keep the component architecture cleanMake sure the application follows accessibility and responsive design standards🎯 You’re the right candidate if you have5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript3+ years of Node.js backend development3+ years of React developmentExperience with Core Web Vitals optimization, web analytics, and accessibility standardsGood understanding of REST APIsKnowledge of Redis, including caching, pub/sub, and queuesBasic knowledge of Docker and experience working with containersEnglish at B2+ levelExperience reading and understanding existing codebases quicklyAbility to write code that other developers can easily read and maintainGood understanding of design patterns and software development best practices🧩 Will be a big plusExperience working with CMS platforms such as Directus, Strapi, etc.Experience setting up event analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe, Amplitude, or PianoKnowledge of SEO best practices and optimizationExperience migrating data between different content platforms or databasesKnowledge of performance optimization for content-heavy websitesExperience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud, or AzureExperience with custom React-based frameworks💻 Tech stack on different projectsBackend: Xano (low-code backend as a service, database, and API layer), NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, tRPCFrontend: Next.js, custom React frontends.
