You will be: 5+ years of experience Extensive experience in manual QA activities across different project types and domains. Experience conducting QA assessments, process audits, and identifying improvement areas Ability to design and implement test strategies tailored to the project’s context and lifecycle. Skilled in coordinating and organizing manual QA work within development teams to ensure structured and efficient testing. Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA’s role Strong knowledge of functional testing techniques and a grasp of non-functional testing (e.g., performance, usability, security). Designs and manages defect lifecycle processes, performs root cause analysis, and ensures appropriate follow-up actions. Defines, collects, and tracks product quality metrics to monitor and communicate progress. Constantly seeks process improvements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. Proficient in manual API testing using tools like Swagger, Postman, or similar solutions. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines; capable of working in pre-configured environments and integrating QA activities into delivery workflows. Ability to implement Gen AI into QA work with experience in using tools like Claude, Codex, Copilot or similar Your profile: Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. Nice to have: Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work. Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
