JOB DESCRIPTION - JUNIOR DATA ANALYST

Support analytical initiatives, transforming data into insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data extractions.

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation.

• Execute data validation, cleansing and transformation tasks.

• Build and maintain dashboards in: MicroStrategy, Amazon QuickSight, Lookerstudio

• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across reports.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Translate data into actionable insights aligned with business strategy.

• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

• Participate in performance tracking and KPI definition.

• Prepare clear and structured presentations (PowerPoint/Slides) for business stakeholders.

• Present analytical findings in a concise and business-oriented manner.

• Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business areas.

Technical Skills

• Python (pandas, data manipulation, automation logic), SQL (intermediate level), AWS basics (S3, Athena, Redshift or similar), MicroStrategy, Amazon QuickSight, Strong data analysis skills

• Microsoft Office package and Google Suite is required

• Advanced English Level

• Spanish Desired
