The Position
The Opportunity
Disclosure Note: This position is open on a maternity cover basis for approximately 2 years.
As Lead EMDM Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and leading day-to-day operation and management, working with the Cluster Leads and Global Product Lead. The role has a strong focus on people management, compliance and operational excellence. In this position you will drive operational excellence to achieve the objectives of the Global Business Line, leading a team of specialists.
As a people manager you will inspire and help to shape the future of our organization.
You will actively coach and foster the development of the Business Line members, help remove siloes and support your team to evolve with the organic development of the business.
Driving collaboration across chapters, as well as, across Global Business Lines.
Drive Operational & Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service, maintain strong end-user satisfaction against departmental KPIs, and drive continuous system and process improvements.
Align Strategy & Mitigate Risks: Partner with Cluster and Global Product Leads to implement standardized best practices, set performance targets, and manage operational risks.
Develop & Empower Talent: Coach, inspire, and grow team members through clear goal-setting, ongoing feedback, formal performance appraisals, and structured career development plans.
Foster an Inclusive & Collaborative Culture: Build a safe, customer-centric, and positive team environment based on trust, open communication, constructive feedback, and active teamwork across global regions.
Manage Resources & Talent Pipelines: Oversee recruitment in partnership with P&C, ensure even workload distribution, and maintain a robust succession pipeline for critical roles.
Maintain Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Manage key relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate the seamless, timely flow of information across teams and functions regardless of location.
Ensure Compliance & Effective Escalation: Guarantee completion of all mandatory compliance trainings and proactively escalate emerging issues to leadership when required.
Who you are
Leadership & Matrix Experience: Minimum 2 years leading teams across both in-person and virtual environments, with proven success navigating complex matrix organizations.
Master Data & Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, paired with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Master Data Operations environment.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder relation skills to effectively manage relationships and handle escalations.
Operational Excellence & Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and understanding broader business impact.
Agility & Accountability: Precise, highly focused, and adaptable to working effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
