Business Development & Client Growth
Originate and expand engagements by converting pursuits into lasting client relationships and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior client leaders, building credibility and influencing decisions in large, complex organizations.
Shape strategy and oversee complex, high-impact engagements from concept through execution, ensuring delivery of quality, commercial discipline, and measurable outcomes.
Anticipate client priorities and market shifts, translating them into solutions that deepen Sia's enterprise impact.
People & Team Leadership
Attract, develop, and retain top consulting talent to build a high-performing, scalable team.
Cultivate future leaders by creating clear pathways for growth, advancement, and success.
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
Shape a differentiated point of view on industry trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise transformation, and represent Sia as a recognized voice through conferences, panels, and executive forums.
Build market credibility through advisory roles, council memberships, and active leadership in professional organizations.
External Market Leadership & Visibility
Candidates must bring an established external profile, demonstrated through active engagement in industry-facing activities such as:
Speaking engagements at industry conferences, client forums, or professional events
Panel participation or moderation on relevant business, functional, or industry topics
Regular attendance and/or leadership involvement in executive-level events or forums that support brand building, client development, or thought leadership
Fluency in French (spoken and written) required.
Existing relationships with French banking institutions, with the ability to leverage this personal network to originate and grow engagements.
Working proficiency with AI-driven tools and platforms, with the ability to guide clients on practical AI adoption Within financial service
Subject matter expertise in Foreign Banking Organizations (FBOs) and ownership oversight.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of leading business development efforts and generating new clients, while maturing consulting delivery and client relationships to drive revenue growth.
9+ years of consulting experience, within Financial Services.
Passionate about providing guidance and coaching delivery teams.

Compensation
Base Salary: $225,000–$300,000 annually. The stated range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be determined at the Company's discretion based on job-related factors including experience and qualifications, consistent with applicable law. This posting is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of any particular compensation.

Workplace
Sia embraces a flexible workplace model that balances autonomy with in-person connection. Management is expected to be in the office at least three days per week, serving as culture carriers who mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, and lead by example.
