Service delivery manager

About the role

As a service delivery manager, you will support VeroTech consultancy projects focused on mobile network rollout and telecom infrastructure delivery. You will coordinate end-to-end initiatives such as new site builds, network upgrades, swaps, replacements, operational handovers and indoor coverage solutions.

You will work in complex stakeholder environments involving internal teams, operators, infrastructure partners, suppliers, landlords and external contractors. Your role combines delivery ownership, governance, cost control, regulatory awareness and continuous improvement across mobile access initiatives, including temporary deployments for large-scale events when required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile rollout and telecom infrastructure projects

• Coordinate activities for new site builds, network upgrades, swaps, replacements and operational handovers

• Support indoor mobile coverage projects in complex public or high-traffic locations

• Align internal teams, operators, infrastructure partners, suppliers, landlords and contractors

• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks and compliance requirements

• Review and challenge project proposals, change requests, cost estimates and BOQs

• Contribute to governance, reporting, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

We are looking for a delivery-focused telecom professional with solid experience in mobile rollout, infrastructure projects and multi-stakeholder coordination in Belgium.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry

• Proven experience in mobile network rollout, telecom infrastructure projects, service delivery or operations

• Strong understanding of the Belgian telecom market, telecom ecosystem, permits, regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience with RISS agreements, site-sharing environments, mobile site acquisition and leasing processes

• Knowledge of 4G/5G mobile network infrastructure and indoor mobile coverage solutions

• Strong project and service delivery management skills, including vendor, contractor, budget and cost management

• Experience reviewing and managing BOQs, working with mobile network vendors, or supporting temporary mobile installations is a plus

• English and Dutch are important.
