Technical Lead - Fashion

At INDG, we create photoreal digital content for brands like Adidas, On Running, Puma, Wilson, and Hugo Boss. We're looking for a Technical CG Lead to supervise and own the technical side of how we get there - across CGI, AI, pipeline, and process. You see the whole picture, from how one artist works to how the whole production runs, and you'd rather fix something yourself than wait for someone else to. What you'll be doing

• Own and improve our technical pipeline - tooling, automation, data flows, and standards.

• Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on better ways of working.

• Bring focus and direction to our AI exploration.

• Spot bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable fixes.

• Get hands-on when it counts, then turn what works into practice for the wider team.

• Shape the technical and production roles we need as we grow.

• Keep us current and competitive in the ever-evolving world of tech.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a senior technical role - CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or similar.

• Solid grip on CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production.

• Enough scripting know-how to guide developers and make good calls.

• A natural doer with strong systems thinking.

• Curious about AI, and sharp at spotting what's hype.

• Clear communicator across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers.

• Product visualisation, fashion, sportswear, or digital twin experience is a strong plus.

Our main tools

C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, and Nuke - plus a growing set of AI tools you'll help shape.

The kind of person we're looking for

You care as much about how people use technology as the technology itself - a tool isn't finished until artists are using it and production's genuinely better for it. You'll have authority to shape how our Fashion vertical works - and we expect you to use it.
