Grab Rental Productivity & Compliance Associate

Get to Know the Team

We are Grab Rentals Indonesia. We supply fleet vehicles and lead partner productivity for Grab by empowering unbanked partners to work as driver-partners. Within the Productivity & Community team, we identify opportunities to maintain and boost driver productivity. We manage approximately 5,500 active driver-partners across standard vehicles (SR) and electric vehicles (SR EV) in Jabodetabek.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to Business Growth Manager and ensure deliverables are met. You will engage with drivers on a daily basis coaching and counseling how to improve productivity Dax

You will collaborate with the Trust, Safety and productivity team to direct drivers to comply with applicable regulations and remain on standby. Impact this role decreasing Pax Complain .

You will be based onsite in our Cinangka Pool

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Design and deliver training programs focused on optimizing driver productivity and performance.
• Prepare and present weekly productivity reports, performance reviews, and progress tracking to management.
• Conduct offline exit interviews and performance counseling sessions for offboarding drivers.
• Execute retention and reminder campaigns via telecalls, WhatsApp blasts, and targeted app communications.
• Host online and offline community meetups and joint programs like "Kelas Jawara" to share performance best practices.
• Conceptualize and implement driver engagement programs designed to increase overall fleet retention.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in driver engagement, community management, or field operations.
• Experience in analytical tasks to diagnose performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in delivering objective, fact-based feedback (e.g., EBIS framework) to drive measurable behavioral improvements.
• Knowledge of local hotspot strategies, driver routines, and operational shift efficiency.
• An active-listener to driver pain points, build trust, and present regulatory or investigative findings to management.
• Experience in developing PDCA
