Job Description
Your role At Franka Robotics, we empower researchers worldwide to shape the future of embodied AI. Our customers are academic and corporate researchers: people who read the spec sheet, run the code, and notice immediately when a claim doesn't hold up in practice. We're looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning and explanation of our products to customers. Our release plan is filling up: prototypes are becoming products, system images ship regularly, and new interfaces are coming. We want every launch to follow a deliberate strategy and say something clear about why our platform is the right one to build research on: a regular cadence, each launch prepared and purposeful, backed by positioning and content that does the product justice, and you'll be the person who makes it happen. Your responsibilities will include: Market and Customer Understanding Content Marketing Strategy Product Positioning Content Production Release and GTM Readiness Internal Enablement Your experience and qualifications A messaging strategist and a strong writer: specifically, someone who works from a strategy, not someone who writes well on request. Sound judgment about which channel fits which message: e.g., website, developer portal, community forum, technical blogs, social, video, conferences. Genuine technical depth. You can read the spec sheet and tell us when a claim doesn't hold. Translating what an engineer tells you is not enough. The ability to get things done through people you don't manage: designers, marketing team, engineers with their own deadlines. Near-native English writing. German is a plus 5+ years taking technical products to market at a regular cadence, hardware or software, ideally in Robotics, Deep Tech, or technical B2B/B2D products. If you came out of engineering or research and moved into marketing, this role suits you unusually well. Adjacent technical fields are welcome: developer tools, scientific instruments, simulation, machine learning tooling
