We build products used by leading blockchain protocols worldwide, giving you the opportunity to work in an international environment while collaborating closely with an experienced engineering team based entirely in Poland.The RoleWe're looking for Software Developer (at both Mid and Senior levels) who enjoy solving complex engineering problems and building reliable distributed systems. Whether your background is in cloud infrastructure, fintech, distributed systems or backend development, we'd love to hear from you.Tech StackTypeScript, Node.js, Go, Rust, AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, MongoDB, InfluxDB, Grafana, Solidity, GitHub Actions, CloudWatch, ECS, EC2, LambdaYou don't need experience with every technology listed above. We're looking for strong backend engineers with solid backend experience who are comfortable learning new technologies as they go.ResponsibilitiesImplement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelinesParticipate in protocol design and optimization processesDeploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliabilityWe're looking for Engineers who:have strong commercial backend development experienceare comfortable designing and building scalable softwarecare about writing clean, maintainable and secure codehave a strong sense of ownership and take responsibility for the solutions they buildenjoy solving complex engineering problemscan quickly grow into a new role with the support of an experienced engineering teamExperience with blockchain, DeFi or Web3 is not required.
