Take a peek at Instagram @burgainsider ABOUT THE POSITION Product Category Team Lead (Tech Accessories) at BURGA is more than just a title – it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your role: lead the development of the Tech Accessories category, overseeing the entire product lifecycle – from concept and material selection to design, production, and launch. You will work closely with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to create standout travel products that combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Define and execute the category vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals - Lead and inspire the team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth - Oversee the product assortment, including launches, lifecycle management, and rationalization - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to spot opportunities and risks - Develop pricing strategies, monitor margins, and ensure the category remains competitive and profitable - Manage the product lifecycle from concept and prototyping to production and launch - Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet quality, aesthetic, and functional standards - Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and concepts - Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are consistently met - Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in physical product development - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Creativity and the ability to combine aesthetics with functionality - Strong project management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English - Familiarity with end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept and prototyping to production and market launch - Hands-on experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and material sourcing - Previous work in a design-driven or consumer goods environment is a strong plus - Experience in managing timelines and budgets across multiple projects SALARY: 4700 - 5500 EUR/Month GROSS
