Strong and proved C# programming & object oriented programming concepts.
 Hand-on Experience in the .NET, MVC, OLAP, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, JQuery ,              HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
 Experience in writing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures and Functions.
 Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and       Identifying areas for modification and improvement.
 Create and deliver data-driven reports
 Create technical specifications and test plans.
 Involvement in publish and deployment cycle against production environment.
 Knowledge in WEB API, This is added advantage.
 Knowledge of third party controls like Telerik controls, Infragistics controls, DevExpress          controls, is added advantage.
 Create new and extend existing operational documentation.
 Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic
   Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented
   architectures (SOA).
 ERP, E-Commerce knowledge will be preferable.
 Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

Should be sharp and Patience in understanding the problems and issues.
 Should comfortably manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, service                  oriented environment.
 Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player and            exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
 Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
 Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best
    Practices.
 Should have Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.

Skills: ASP.NET (C#), MVC, OLAP, WCF, WPF & LINQ, SQL Server, XML, Ajax & Jquery
Additional Skills Required:  Silver light, SharePoint, MOSS, WSS, SharePoint Developer

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc.(IT)/B.Sc.(IT) or equivalent

Experience: 2-4 Years (12K to 30K)
5- 8 Years (30K to 55K)
