Senior MS Dynamics Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer at Endava you will configure, build, test and support business solutions using Dynamics 365, model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate.  Developers will contribute to testing and releases, with each taking the lead on a different functional area.

Responsibilities:

• Document design specifications
• Cooperate and communicate with the client and client teams to follow up on business requirements
• Provide guidance and mentoring to newer team members

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 and model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse.

• Build and maintain forms, views, tables, security roles and business rules.

• Develop Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications and routing.

• Manage Power Platform solutions and application lifecycle processes across Development, Test, UAT and Production.

• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation.

• Perform developer testing and regression support; help triage defects and support UAT.

• Coordinate with business users, analysts and project team members to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

• Support release preparation, deployment and post-release issue resolution.

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Practical knowledge of forms, views, tables, security roles and business rules.

• Experience building Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications and routing.

• Experience managing Power Platform solutions and deployments across multiple environments.

• Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, testing and release activities.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience
