You'll combine people leadership, delivery management and technical ownership, working closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders across international locations. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate an engineering team. Own delivery, roadmap progress, team health and KPIs. Manage stakeholders, communicate progress and resolve blockers. Take end-to-end ownership of services from development through production. Provide technical and architectural guidance. Drive software quality, security, scalability and reliability. Monitor system health, performance and operational risks. Support production incidents, root-cause analysis and postmortems. Key requirements 5+ years' experience managing software engineering teams. Strong software engineering and technical background. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience. Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills. Experience with production systems, reliability and incident management. Experience providing technical and architectural guidance. Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills.
