Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team of highly skilled, dedicated, and efficient developers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where everyone moves together with the common goal of providing the best solutions for our customers in desperate markets for innovation. Required skills – 5+ years of professional software development experience – Strong proficiency in both React and NodeJS – Ability to lead full-stack projects – Comfortable working on front end, back end, and optionally production engineering – Experience with LLM integrations – Strong communication and team collaboration skills – Capable of writing production-quality code across the stack – Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment Nice to have skills – Experience with hosting project meetings and mentoring other engineers What will you do? – Work across the system, including frontend, backend, and optionally production engineering – Write and maintain production-quality code regardless of seniority level – Collaborate directly with the CTO and cross-functional teams – Participate in project planning, meetings, and one-on-ones – Lead and mentor team members on technical and project aspects Conditions Long-term project Challenging tasks Remote friendly Competitive salary based on experience No micromanagement
