CaptivateIQ’s Professional Services team builds the highest-impact implementations for our most strategic and complex customers. We are looking for a highly skilled Professional Services Architect who brings deep technical expertise, strong consultative instincts, and the ability to turn sophisticated compensation plans into scalable, high-performance solutions. This is one of the most senior individual-contributor roles on our team. You will be the principal architect responsible for the end-to-end design and modeling of complex compensation structures—often for hundreds or thousands of end users. You’ll serve as the technical expert in the room with customer stakeholders, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and set the standard for modeling quality, solution hygiene, and delivery excellence across Professional Services. You will also be a key partner to Engineering and Product, influencing roadmap priorities and surfacing patterns from complex implementations that directly shape how CaptivateIQ evolves.
