Working with Infrastructure Middleware Web & App hosting you will provide support for verity of app hosting / web hosting and related hosting services.The role resides within the CTS Infrastructure Middlewarestructure. You will be part of the Middleware Support Team.We are involved in all aspects of planning, building and maintaining the infrastructure. The role will also provide exposure to communication with both technical and non-technical staff.Do you look for new work opportunities in growing environment? We look for positive and well organized people that are not afraid of new technologies.Job Responsibilities:Contribute to both BAU support and delivery of Business and Technology driven projects through the installation, support, and management webhosting productsFix, resolve and oversee app hosting/ web hosting related incidentsProvide root-cause analysis for issues or web hosting related incidents and problemsPlay a can-do role in process improvement within the team, along with maintaining good quality support documentationLeading project, major initiatives and to taking mentorship when necessaryCooperate with Citi Engineering group and product management group to plan and build new solutionsCapture, improve, review project requirements from the customer and deliver to build groupsDo you like scripting?
