What you do:
You will partner with the Director/Senior Director to operationalize strategic goals and lead a team within an assigned business function of the Enterprise Operations business unit. You will execute key business priorities, achieves business performance targets, and delivers a superior experience to both policyholders and producers. **Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives.**
- Executes department plans to ensure successful coordination of team activities (on and offshore). Achieves performance targets while effectively executing controls and managing risks.
- Promotes a customer-centric environment within the team and builds successful customer relationships. Demonstrates responsiveness by proactively gathering input and feedback from customers. Implements continuous process improvements to deliver and maintain a high-quality end-to-end customer service experience and achieve overall customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintains a solid controls framework through oversight, monitoring, assessing risk and validating results. Supports business system owners through a thorough understanding of process, system, and control capabilities. Identifies, reports, and escalates risks and implements mitigation strategies.
- Coordinates key change initiatives within assigned business function to support the evolving service strategy. Ensures flexibility, change readiness and adaptability of the team to achieve business goals into the future.
- Coaches and develops team members to support the service delivery strategy. Partners with employees to create development plans and conduct regular career coaching conversations. Solicits employee feedback and builds/executes employee engagement action plans. Leverages workforce planning models to assess staff needs and deliver results.
- Establishes strong and successful working relationship with peers, Operations leaders, key business partners, and vendors to deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience aligned with the service strategy and company-wide priorities.
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
- 4 or more years’ experience required: financial, insurance and/or operations; proven successful strategic leadership, business acumen, relationship and customer service skills
- Four-year degree required: business/related field or equivalent experience
- Licensing/Certification/Other: if Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date Variable-related activities commence.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
