Application Support – APIs / Microservices

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in functional application support within distributed microservices environments, preferably using OpenShift;

• Experience in API support, preferably with IBM® API Connect;

• Basic knowledge of SQL;

• Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow);

• Preferably experience in frontend triage (React/Angular);

• Preferably experience working with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace);

• Preferably experience, from a user perspective, in consulting logs using Kibana;

• Preferably experience in Python programming;

• Availability to provide out-of-hours support.

Work model: Hybrid, based in Lisbon
