Job Description
At Hublo, we believe that digital tools, combined with human support, can help transform and improve the healthcare system. Our vision is to help healthcare organisations become more fulfilling places to work and to free up healthcare professionals’ time so they can focus on their primary mission: providing care.
To achieve this, we dedicate all our energy to healthcare organisations’ number one challenge: recruiting, managing and retaining their teams and talent. Since 2016, we have been developing a dedicated HR SaaS platform for the healthcare sector, with the ambition of becoming the leading HR platform for healthcare.
Today, Hublo is used by 6,000 healthcare organisations and more than one million professionals.
B Corp certified and a purpose-driven company, Hublo is committed to creating meaningful impact while delivering strong performance. In 2025, the company exceeded €30 million in annual recurring revenue and is profitable and growing rapidly.
The founding and leadership team is supported by leading French investors, including Five Arrows, Revaia and Bpifrance. Their support has notably enabled Hublo to complete four M&A transactions.
With 200 employees today, our team continues to grow, and every hire matters.
Would you like to make a tangible contribution to improving the healthcare system? Let’s talk!
Your role
As a Confirmed Product Manager within our Recruitment Squad, you will help shape and develop the products that enable healthcare organisations to recruit more effectively.
You will be responsible for understanding the needs of healthcare organisations and professionals, identifying the most valuable product opportunities and turning them into simple, impactful solutions. Working closely with customers, engineers, designers and business teams, you will own your product scope from discovery through to delivery and adoption.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment products, helping Hublo make hiring processes more efficient, more accessible and better suited to the realities of the healthcare sector.
Your impact

Contribute to the product vision and strategy for the Recruitment Squad, in alignment with Hublo’s overall objectives.
Prioritise opportunities and build a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap for your product scope.
Translate user and business needs into clear product problems, objectives and success metrics.
🛠️ Product delivery
Work closely with engineers, designers and other Product Managers to define, scope and deliver high-quality product features.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and product documentation.
Facilitate product rituals and ensure alignment throughout the delivery process.
Support teams in making effective trade-offs between user value, technical constraints and time to market.
📈 Adoption & continuous improvement
Define and monitor product success metrics, from adoption and engagement to customer satisfaction and business impact.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Support to support product launches and adoption.
Gather feedback after release and continuously improve the product experience.
🤝 Collaboration & product leadership
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and create alignment around product priorities.
Communicate product decisions clearly and make complex topics easy to understand.
Contribute to Product Management best practices, ways of working and knowledge sharing across the team.
What we are looking for
You have confirmed experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on B2B SaaS products or digital platforms.
You have experience managing a product scope throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation to delivery, launch and iteration.
You are comfortable working with data and customer insights to make product decisions and measure impact.
You know how to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams.
You can communicate a product vision, explain your priorities and bring stakeholders together around a shared objective.
You are rigorous, structured and able to manage several subjects while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes.
You are comfortable operating in an evolving environment and enjoy solving complex problems with pragmatism.
You have excellent written and spoken English. Professional fluency in French would be a plus.
An interest in healthcare, recruitment or HR technology would be appreciated, but is not essential.
