IAM Software Engineer

As an IAM Software Engineer, you’ll focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Your work combines technical analysis, platform configuration, low-code implementation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, with custom coding where needed. You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, consultants, and customer teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

You’ll join an engineering delivery team of around 8–12 people, working across customer assignments in two-week sprints, often with a specific sprint focus. Our ‘you build it, you run it’ approach combines implementation, ongoing improvement, and troubleshooting after delivery, supported by senior engineers in your own and neighbouring teams doing similar work.

What you’ll do as an IAM Software Engineer

• Design and deliver IGA solutions that help customers govern access, using standard platform capabilities, low-code tools, and integration standards, with C#, SQL, and APIs where needed.

• Translate customer needs into technical designs and engineering tasks, working with architects, security engineers, and customer stakeholders to meet security, compliance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.

• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements that reduce recurrence and security risk.
