Responsibilities
Define and drive the quality strategy for AI-powered products, ensuring features can be released safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, API, end-to-end, performance, and regression testing.
Develop evaluation approaches that measure the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-driven features.
Design testing strategies for complex systems, including AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and maintainability.
Monitor production quality metrics and use customer feedback and system insights to drive continuous improvement.
Partner closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Champion quality engineering best practices and help teams improve testing and release confidence.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering, with strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
Proven experience building and scaling automated test frameworks and quality platforms.
Hands-on experience testing modern AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, or complex software systems.
Strong understanding of software quality practices, including automated testing, CI/CD integration, test data management, and regression prevention.
Experience with API, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
Familiarity with AI system evaluation, quality measurement, and monitoring approaches.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across distributed teams.
