This role will play a key part in migrating Legacy Team Foundation Server (TFS) environments to Azure DevOps Cloud , helping establish modern DevOps practices and driving the adoption of CI/CD across the technology estate. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration from Team Foundation Server (TFS) to Azure DevOps Cloud Configure and administer Azure DevOps environments Design and implement CI/CD pipelines Support the adoption of DevOps best practices across development teams Build and optimise release and deployment pipelines Work closely with Development, Infrastructure and Architecture teams Improve automation, deployment processes and software delivery Provide technical guidance throughout the migration programme Produce supporting documentation and knowledge transfer Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience migrating TFS to Azure DevOps Strong Azure DevOps administration and configuration experience Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines Excellent understanding of DevOps principles and software delivery practices Azure Cloud experience Experience with Git version control Strong Scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash) Experience working within enterprise environments Excellent stakeholder communication skills Desirable Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) YAML Pipelines ARM Templates Kubernetes or Docker Azure Automation Financial Services or Banking experience Agile/Scrum delivery The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a high-profile technology transformation where you'll play a critical role in modernising the software delivery platform and implementing best-in-class DevOps capabilities.
