We are supporting our Client from the banking industry in finding an Observability Engineer to join a small, specialized Telemetry team. The team builds and maintains observability platforms and data flows within the Technology Services unit, enabling end users to access high‑quality Grafana and PowerBI dashboards.Locations: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw Hybrid - 2 days/week onsideContract: until 31 December 2027 - potential extensionRate: 140 pln/hLanguage: English B2Responsibilities: Actively participate in team planning, propose improvements, and bring new ideasWork closely with other engineers and stakeholders across the organizationImplement observability components and resolve technical issues in your areaSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards and data flowsRequired Skills:Proficient in core observability pillars: metrics, logs, and tracesData visualizationPrometheus, InfluxDB, AppDynamicsIaC Grafana/ Grafana AlertingGit/BitbucketJSONScripting skills (Bash / Python)Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesBackground in application development or engineeringNice to have: SplunkAppDynamicsPowerBI
