Your team:

As part of COO you will join COO Business Management EuroHUB, which plays a key role for steering the European Hub (Luxembourg and its European branches) of Bank Julius Baer.
The team is responsible for a broad range of critical functions, including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Project Portfolio Controlling and IT planning, Budget Controlling, and Transfer Pricing. Through these activities, the team ensures robust governance, operational resilience, and financial oversight across the Hub.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Risk and resilience — supporting TPRM and BCM activities that safeguard the Bank's operations and ensure continuity in line with regulatory expectations

  • Strategic planning — contributing to project portfolio controlling and IT planning, helping to align investments and resources with the Hub's strategic priorities

  • Financial steering — participating in budget controlling and transfer pricing processes, developing a strong understanding of how financial flows are managed and optimised within a multinational banking environment

You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, gaining a comprehensive view of how a leading wealth manager operates while developing analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in economics, business administration, politics or any other relevant subject (graduation max. 12 months ago)

  • Initial practical experience in banking or with corporate governance related topics

  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

  • Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
