Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, their solutions combine cloud technology, automation, and cutting-edge AI to help businesses hire smarter, work more efficiently, and deliver better talent experiences.As a DevOps/Platform Engineer, you will join the Release Engineering and Platform team and help build the tooling, pipelines, and environments that take software from a developer’s machine into production. You will work hands-on with CI/CD, Kubernetes, GitOps and internal developer tooling, while automating manual steps across the software delivery lifecycle. The role combines platform engineering, release automation and developer enablement, with direct impact on how engineering teams build and deploy software.Key takeaways:Stack: Python, Bash, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible, AWSSalary: 17 000 PLN - 21 000 PLN gross on the Contract of EmploymentWorking model: hybrid - 3x weekly from the officeLocation: KrakowRecruitment process:A call with Motife recruiter (30 min)Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (30 min)Hiring Manager Interview (30 min)Technical Interview (90 min)Responsibilities:Design, build and maintain deployment and release pipelines that improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.Build internal release tooling to automate packaging, approvals, deployments and release workflows.Create reusable GitLab CI templates, Helm charts and ArgoCD applications that enable engineering teams to self-serve build and deployment processes.Containerize and modernize QA and lower environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and Ansible, improving consistency with production.Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal engineering tools using Python, Bash and JavaScript.Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and environment-specific issues together with software engineering, QA and database teams.Drive adoption of GitOps and modern CI/CD practices across engineering teams.Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate testing, investigation, refactoring and automation of repetitive operational work.Maintain technical documentation and runbooks and share knowledge across distributed engineering teams.Requirements:3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python and Bash/shell scripting for automation and tooling.Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including application containerization and environment management.Hands-on knowledge of GitOps and deployment/configuration tooling, such as ArgoCD, Helm and Ansible.Strong understanding of Git workflows, versioning practices and modern software delivery.Experience building internal engineering or automation tools; exposure to Python backends and JavaScript-based web interfaces is an advantage.An automation-first mindset and experience identifying repetitive processes that can be replaced with reliable tooling.Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams.Comfortable using modern AI development tools to improve productivity, troubleshooting and testing.Nice to have: experience with AWS/RDS, Octopus Deploy, Nexus or Artifactory, Prometheus, Grafana, Rancher, ELK, SQL Server/DBA workflows, secure SDLC/SOC environments or legacy application migrations.What we offer:Medical careLife insuranceMultisportApply nowIf you enjoy building platforms and automation that make other engineers more productive, this role gives you the opportunity to directly influence how software is built, released, and operated across the organization!
