SaC Engineer – Standards as CodeLocation: 100% Remote - Candidates must be located in PolandContract: B2BStart: ASAP / Within 1 Month / 30 Days / FlexibleWe are looking for a SaC Engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience to transform standards and requirements into machine-readable specifications, validation rules, automated tests, and compliance frameworks.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain JSON/YAML specifications and schemas.Develop validation rules, linting controls, and conformance tests.Build reusable validation libraries and policy-as-code solutions.Design repository structures for standards, rules, tests, and evidence.Integrate validation checks into CI/CD and operational workflows.Ensure traceability between requirements, rules, and test results.Requirements4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, quality engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.Strong experience with JSON and YAML.Hands-on experience with schema validation, test automation, linting, or policy-as-code.Good knowledge of Git, version control, and repository management.Ability to translate business or technical requirements into executable rules.Experience creating positive and negative test scenarios.Nice to HaveOpenAPI, API specifications, and data contracts.CI/CD, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.OPA or similar policy-as-code tools.Python, TypeScript, React, or backend development experience.What We OfferB2B contract via ExperisMedicover healthcare packageMultisport cardGroup life insuranceFully remote workLong-term collaboration on innovative engineering initiatives
