Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
UiPath is seeking a Test Cloud Account Executive to drive growth of automated software testing within Banking and Financial Services accounts — spanning Retail and Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Payments organizations — across the United States. This role partners closely with Quality, Risk, IT, QA, and Digital Transformation leaders to expand enterprise adoption of UiPath Test Cloud, helping regulated financial institutions accelerate release cycles, reduce defects, and strengthen compliance and audit readiness across core banking, payments, trading, and customer-facing systems.
This is a high-impact role for a consultative enterprise seller who thrives in complex, highly regulated customer environments, builds trusted relationships with quality, risk, and technology stakeholders, and drives long-term account growth.
What you'll do at UiPath
Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Banking and Financial Services accounts, driving expansion of Test Cloud adoption across business units and functions.
Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to customer quality, risk, and digital transformation priorities alongside UiPath growth objectives.
Build trusted relationships with Quality, Risk and Compliance, IT, QA, Digital Transformation leaders, AI Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services organizations.
Position UiPath Test Cloud using a consultative, value-based sales approach focused on measurable outcomes such as faster release cycles, reduced defect escape rates, lower regression testing costs, and stronger regulatory audit readiness.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams (Quality, IT, Risk/Compliance, Engineering), and partner ecosystems.
Identify opportunities to expand automated testing adoption across core banking platforms, payments and card systems, trading and capital markets platforms, loan origination and servicing systems, claims and policy administration systems, and regulatory reporting applications.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth.
Partner with Global Systems Integrators and strategic testing/quality partners to cultivate new opportunities and accelerate customer value realization.
Maintain strong knowledge of Banking and Financial Services industry trends, the competitive software testing landscape, regulatory considerations (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, Dodd-Frank, Basel III/IV, OCC/FFIEC and state DFS examinations), and emerging AI-driven testing initiatives.
What you'll bring to the team
8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value selling experience, with a focus on software testing, quality engineering, or DevOps/CI-CD tooling.
5+ years successfully managing and growing Enterprise Banking and Financial Services accounts within Retail/Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Payments organizations.
Experience selling transformational technologies including test automation, AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital risk/compliance solutions.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex enterprise deals.
Ability to communicate testing and quality automation capabilities, ROI, risk/compliance impact, and implementation strategy to executive, risk, and technical audiences.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business and regulatory outcomes.
Executive presence with experience engaging stakeholders across Quality, IT, Risk/Compliance, and Operations functions, including the C-suite.
Strong account planning and opportunity management skills using a research-driven, data-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape unique to Banking and Financial Services (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, Basel III/IV, OCC/FFIEC) is strongly preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
