Our focus is on automating workflows and enabling efficient program execution for our international customers.As demand continues to grow, we are constantly improving and automating our internal processes and tools to deliver even greater efficiency while maintaining the high quality standards we are known for.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and document scripts to automate recurring internal processesAnalyze existing tools and workflows to identify automation opportunities, present ideas, and implement improvementsSupport the team in automating customer-related workflows and processesInvestigate operational issues and develop sustainable, long-term solutions independentlyYour Skills:Completed education in IT or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering roleHands-on experience with automation and centralized batch processing (experience with Streamworks is a strong plus)Motivation to further develop expertise in Streamworks and related toolsStrong scripting skills in PowerShell, Perl, Python and ideally BashSolid understanding of both Linux and Windows environmentsKnowledge of z/OS JCL and Java is an advantageExperience with OpenShift is a plusFluent communication skills in EnglishYou will thrive here if you:Take ownership, work responsibly and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindsetEnjoy working in agile environments and are motivated by continuous improvementAre proactive, bring ideas forward and take initiativeCommunicate in a clear, constructive,and collaborative wayValue teamwork and actively contribute to a positive team dynamicBring enthusiasm and commitment to your daily workThink innovatively, act with an entrepreneurial mindset and stay focused on delivering value for customersWhat you can expect from us:We want to provide you with everything you need to succeed.
