As a Facility Security Manager, you'll be trusted to keep our sites, our people, and our most sensitive information protected. Based in Finland alongside our global leads, you'll be at the center of security clearances, guard force management, and visitor management across ICEYE's facilities, and you'll make sure every new site we open is secure by design, not as an afterthought. Your day-to-day responsibilities
Manage security and safety programs across all ICEYE global facilities.
Acquire and maintain national security clearances, acting as the main point of contact for national security authorities.
Oversee guard force management, including contracted providers, against SLAs and post orders.
Own visitor and contractor access, including screening, badging, and escort/NDA procedures.
Provide security and access control input on new facility projects. Facilitate audits and safety trainings, tracking findings to closure.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
8+ years of facility security experience in an international, multi-site environment.
Minimum 4 years leading a security team, with experience managing teams across multiple countries or environments.
Hands-on experience managing contracted guard force services, including vendor performance and SLA management.
Experience supporting security requirements for new site build-outs or office relocations.
Track record of planning and running security audits, inspections, and training programs.
Strong documentation skills, including SOPs, audit records, and clearance-related paperwork.
Working knowledge of Katakri (the Finnish national security auditing criteria) and how it's applied and audited.
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of high security area design, access control, and operational requirements.
Practical experience holding or managing a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) or equivalent national security clearance.
Experience liaising directly with auditors and regulators.
Comfortable translating security requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
