Finance that fuels discovery. Join Sanofi's A2R SOX Compliance team to support internal control and audit activities within the Fixed Assets and Leasing area. Gain hands-on experience in a global finance environment alongside experienced professionals. You'll be guided by experienced colleagues who are invested in your development. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Execute and document SOX control testing for fixed assets (additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation)
• Support IFRS 16 lease accounting controls, including right-of-use asset recognition and lease liability calculations
• Track and follow up on overdue fixed asset and lease account reconciliations across multiple entities
• Assist in coordinating audit requests and preparing supporting documentation for internal and external auditors
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) to support control monitoring

About you  

 
Experience:  

• Ongoing studies in BSc or MSc (active student status) at the fields of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar 

• min. 30 hours availability/week 

Soft and technical skills:  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)  

• Problem solving oriented 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Pro-active attitude 

• Able to present challenges on a constructive way 

• Basic understanding of fixed asset accounting and/or IFRS 16 lease accounting

Languages: Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken)
