Job Description
Purpose
Provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the airport development program, serving as the primary interface with the client, executive stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall delivery of the airport program covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.
- Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for project performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
- Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
- Oversee resource planning and deployment across all program functions.
- Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Drive resolution of critical project risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues.
- Ensure successful achievement of operational readiness and project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in major infrastructure, aviation, transportation or airport developments.
- Minimum 10 years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or equivalent mega-projects.
- Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, systems, commissioning and operational readiness.
