Hybrid work: 2 days from the Client's office in WrocławSalary: 180 - 200 PLN net/hTasksDesign, build, and maintain security automations, scripts, templates, and internal toolingImprove and secure CI/CD pipelines with a security-first mindsetImplement and support DevSecOps practices such as SAST, DAST, secrets management, container security, and vulnerability managementIntegrate security controls and compliance checks into development workflows and platform servicesSupport infrastructure-as-code and cloud security initiativesCollaborate with development teams to improve secure software delivery practicesHelp define technical standards, documentation, runbooks, and implementation guidesContribute to continuous improvement of the AppSec Platform team's tooling and processesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesSupport PI Planning activities for the AppSec Platform teamHelp remove blockers and improve team collaboration and delivery flowCoach and support the team in agile principles and continuous improvementWork with stakeholders and leadership to align priorities and delivery expectationsSupport a healthy team culture built on transparency, collaboration, and psychological safetyRequirementsMinimum 7 years of experienceProven experience working within DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Application SecurityExperience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOpsExperience with scripting or automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similarUnderstanding of secure software development lifecycle practicesKnowledge of application security concepts such as OWASP, SAST, DAST, secrets management, and vulnerability managementExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation practicesStrong collaboration and communication skillsExperience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Team FacilitatorGood understanding of Scrum methodology and agile delivery practicesExperience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery processesAbility to coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and continuous improvementExperience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Mural, or similarScrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is nice to haveExperience with platform engineering or internal developer platforms is nice to haveExperience with security tooling and compliance automation is nice to haveFamiliarity with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies is nice to haveExperience from larger enterprise environments is nice to haveOfferMultisport cardPrivate healthcareAccess to an e-learning platformGroup life insurance
