(40 hours per week).Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and build our global Digital Trust Platform to support digital identity needs across borders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative engineering and experience in creating robust solutions. You will contribute to a mission that shapes how society interacts online, ensuring secure and easy access for users.Main Responsibilities:As a Senior Platform Engineer, your core duties will include:Designing and implementing global digital identity solutions.Collaborating with product teams to enhance system capabilities.Ensuring systems are observable, reliable, and efficient.Practicing and mentoring DevOps best practices.Defining the platform and technology roadmap.Key Requirements:Proven experience in designing scalable services.Expertise in managing distributed services.Strong understanding of cloud services, including Kubernetes and AWS.Ability to optimize service performance and reliability.Experience in high-volume transaction environments.Nice to Have:Familiarity with Istio, cert-manager, and Open Policy Agent.Knowledge of platform-level security and compliance considerations.
