| ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER – KUWAIT |

We are hiring experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing the restaurant team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during daily operations

• Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Monitor staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and performance

• Assist in preparing staff schedules and duty assignments

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally

• Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets

• Monitor food and beverage service quality and presentation

• Assist with inventory, stock control, and minimizing wastage

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Train, guide, and motivate junior team members

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reports and operational activities

• Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

1. Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations

3. Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or similar role

4. Experience in reputed, premium, or high-volume restaurants preferred

5. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards

6. Excellent English communication skills

7. Strong leadership and team-management skills

8. Good customer service and problem-solving abilities

9. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

10. Good physical fitness and professional presentation

11. Minimum height: 5'4"

12. Young, energetic, and willing to learn

13. Age 21–30 years preferred; up to 35+ for experienced candidates

14. Gulf experience preferred
