Your mission As our IT Working Student, you will be a hands-on part of our IT team, keeping our tools, devices, and workflows running smoothly. You will take on real responsibility from day one, helping shape the processes and systems that keep Wingcopter moving. Your Tasks Build, optimize, and maintain Jira ticket flows, boards, and automations to ensure clean and efficient processes across the organization Support endpoint management via Microsoft Intune from device rollout to policy configuration Set up and configure workplaces for new colleagues, ensuring they are productive from day one Provide first-level IT support, resolving issues quickly and communicating clearly with users Contribute to ongoing IT process improvements and take ownership of topics as they come your way Your profile Currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, computer science, or a related field for at least 2 more semesters Structured, independent working style, you figure things out rather than waiting for someone to explain them Reliable and accountable: when you commit to something, it gets done Fluent in German and English, both are part of daily life at Wingcopter Experience with Jira, Microsoft Intune, or IT support is a plus but not a dealbreaker if the rest fits What you bring as a perfect candidate A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset Curiosity and the drive to learn new tools and topics quickly A hands-on attitude, you get things done without being asked twice Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment Genuine interest in technology and what it can do in the real world What we'll offer Enjoy attractive employee discounts with corporate benefits on a variety of products and services.
