Software Engineer

As a software engineer in Persequor you get to be part of a highly skilled team. There is no strong hierarchy defining who makes all the decisions - we strive towards choosing good solutions no matter who came up with them.

The technical stack we work with includes:

• Linux

• Cassandra
• MySQL/MariaDB
• RabbitMQ
• Java

We expect you to be analytical yet pragmatic. To know by experience that there is not "silver bullet" all solutions have pros and cons. Be willing to join a team and make it a team effort to find and implement good solutions to problems. Understand that software development brings value when it solves business requirements/needs.

The recruitment process will as a minimum require you to:

• Work on a technical case at home, meet with us and do a peer-review / pair-programming session to ensure a technical match
• Visit us and spend a few hours with the technical team to ensure a social match
• Meet with our MD to discuss terms, expectations, etc. and conclude a contract
