Senior Solution Architect – Azure, Data & GenAIWarsaw | Hybrid: 1 day per week in the officeEmployment contract only (Umowa o Pracę)Salary: up to PLN 30,000 gross/monthWe are hiring a Senior Solution Architect for an international product organization developing global applications across analytics, data and AI.This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who wants to stay close to engineering while owning solutions from business requirements and technical design through production deployment.What you will doDesign end-to-end architecture for analytics, data and AI-enabled applications.Translate business and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Select suitable Azure services and define backend, API, integration, security and deployment architecture.Guide engineering teams from initial concept and PoC through production rollout.Define technical standards and reusable patterns across applications.Work closely with developers, DevOps, data, AI and business stakeholders.Review designs, identify architectural risks and support key technology decisions.What we are looking forStrong commercial experience in software engineering and solution architecture.At least 1 year of formal or clearly accountable Solution Architect experience.Hands-on experience designing production applications on Microsoft Azure.End-to-end ownership covering backend, APIs, integrations, security and deployment.Experience with data and analytics solutions, including ETL/ELT, data platforms or data lakes.Practical exposure to Databricks or Snowflake.At least one production AI or GenAI implementation.Strong experience with Python, .NET or Java.Knowledge of microservices, distributed or event-driven systems and CI/CD.Ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.Fluent English.React or Next.js knowledge is welcome, but frontend expertise is not required.The person does not need to be an expert in every technology listed 😊 The most important combination is practical Azure application architecture, experience with Data and Analytics, at least one production AI implementation and end-to-end ownership.Why join?Real influence over architecture and technology choices.Global products combining cloud, analytics and AI.A hands-on role - not an architecture position focused only on documentation.Flexible hybrid model with only 1 office day per week in Warsaw.Stable employment contract and an 18% target annual bonus.Copyright-related tax-deductible costs of up to 70%, where applicable.VIP private medical care, including dental and mental-health support.Life and travel insurance, pension plan and co-financed FitProfit card.Additional days off, holiday allowance and office meal subsidy.Home-office equipment budget.Access to training, conferences, mentoring and career-development programmes.Interested in combining architecture ownership with practical delivery?
