Purpose of the role

To partner with business to deliver HR projects and programmes in alignment with the delivery service catalogue. 

Accountabilities

  • Collaboration across the function to deliver HR cyclical and non-cyclical activities such as: talent reviews, D&I strategy, annual promotion processes, pay round implementation, succession planning, and other HR practices.
  • Project manage defined cyclical and non-cyclical activity ensuring use of project artefacts and collateral.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of project progress, including risks and mitigations and closing of project as appropriate.
  • Manage project implementation reviews and ensuring improvements are identified and implemented in line with customer feedback.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with both HR Business Partners and business leadership using business insights and knowledge to support delivery of key projects.

Being the People Delivery & Execution Partner, you will play a key role:-

  • Oversee HR query management for the PD&E APAC, ensuring employee and manager queries are addressed accurately, consistently, and in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Assess and triage queries based on complexity, engage the appropriate HR teams or HR subject matter experts as needed, and follow through to ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner closely with HR Colleague support team, HR Business Partners, COEs, and other stakeholders to enable seamless HR service delivery, address recurring issues, and enhance employee experience.
  • Support and coordinate with the Early Careers delivery team to manage Graduate/Intern inductions, business-specific training, and IB continued learning programs across APAC. 
  • Coordinate regional Employee Relations (ER) Tier 2 activities, including APAC ER Tier 2 reporting.
  • Support business management activities, including scorecards, Quarterly PD&E highlights, and other regional service management requirements.
  • Use HR knowledge, data insights and strong relationship management skills to support practical and commercially focused people solutions.

To be successful, you should have experience with:-

Required Skills

  • Strong HR knowledge with experience supporting people-related activities such as organisational change, talent processes, performance management and employee lifecycle programmes.
  • Proven ability to manage projects or workstreams, track progress, identify risks and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across HR and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, insights and management information to support decision making and improve delivery.
  • Good understanding of relevant HR policies, controls, employment regulations and risk management requirements.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed or global organization.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, reporting tools or process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
