SALARY: £44,901
LOCATION: Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-Time

About This Opportunity
Supporting the Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management function, the Performance and Insights Manager delivers insights based on data, improves data quality, and develops scalable reporting, automation, and modern workplace solutions that assist colleagues in working effectively.
The role supports effective oversight of third-party risk, outsourcing arrangements, and regulatory compliance. It turns complex data into actionable intelligence, improves end-to-end colleague experience, and embeds digital-first, inclusive, well-controlled ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop trusted, high-quality MI to support OTPRM oversight, governance, and decision-making.
Own and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness across outsourcing and supplier datasets.
Identify and implement automation, simplification, and process improvement opportunities that decrease manual effort and manage risk.
Support audit activity, regulatory reviews, and governance reporting with clear, reliable, and timely insight.
Drive greater use of self-service analytics and contemporary workplace tools within the TPRM function.
Build trusted relationships with business collaborators and partners, working as one team to deliver smooth and seamless processes
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical and data management capability, with experience transforming manual spreadsheet-based processes into scalable, automated reporting and insight solutions.
Proven ability to identify opportunities for automation, simplification and process improvement, reducing manual effort and increasing the value, accessibility and reliability of management information.
Skilled in responsibly using AI and emerging tech to improve risk management.
An innovative mindset, with the ability to shape and evolve data, reporting and MI capabilities, leveraging Group platforms and emerging technologies to improve decision-making and business performance.
Strong collaborator management and storytelling skills.
Able to balance pace with quality, maintaining strong risk, control, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
